These carbon steel scissors are made by hand in a workshop in Solsona, Spain, near Barcelona, where the Pallarès family has been making knives and blades since 1917. These classic 'Catalan Style Sewing Scissors' can be used for any household task.
Care: Hand wash. Dry with a soft cloth immediately after to prevent corrosion. The carbon steel requires a little extra care, but will hold an edge longer than stainless steel.
