According to David Pallarès, part of the third generation of Pallarès Solsona, the lightweight Pastor is known as the “Sunday knife.” Made by hand in a workshop in Solsona, Spain, near Barcelona, where the Pallarès family has been making knives and blades since 1917. Slender and lightweight, this knife operates without a spring, hinging open and closed manually.
