Coutellerie Nontronnaise knives are instantly recognizable by the distinctive boxwood handle with burned pattern. These knives are still manufactured by hand in the village of Nontron in the Dordogne in a tradition said to date back to the 15th century. 

Highly polished stainless steel blade; polished boxwood handle. Hand wash.
