Edmont Fallot has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has modernized it's production facilities in recent years, it has maintained traditional manufacturing methods that ensure superior taste and quality.
Ingredients: Honey Balsamic Mustard: Water, Mustard Seeds, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Honey (7.5%), Salt, Balsamic Vinegar from Modena (3.2%), Potassium Metabisulphite, Citric Acid, Spice. Pinot Noir Dijon Mustard: Grape Must (26%), Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Red Cabbage, Red Wine Natural Flavor (4%), Salt, Pinot Noir Wine (3%), Sugar, Spices. Mustard from Burgundy with Chablis: Water, Mustard Seeds from Burgundy, White Burgundy wine AOP Chablis, Salt, Citric Acid, Potassium Metabisulphite, Spice.
