A deadstock vintage paring knife, crafted in Thiers, the historic center of French blade making by a company that has ceased production. We found these on our latest trip to Thiers and were charmed by the petite size and highly polished blade. Marked "3 Inoxydable." Probably from the 1980s.
Mirror finish stainless steel blade; riveted plastic handle.
Hand wash.
Made in France.
