Handmade at the Au Sabot factory in La Monnerie le Montel, outside Thiers, in the heart of French knifemaking. Au Sabot, with its distinctive wood shoe marque, has produced cutlery for more than 145 years, and carries the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" label, recognition of its excellence in know-how and craftsmanship.
