Nontron Classic Paring Knife

Coutellerie Nontronnaise knives are instantly recognizable by the distinctive boxwood handle with burned pattern. These knives are still manufactured by hand in the village of Nontron in the Dordogne in a tradition said to date back to the 15th century.
