A most distinctive glass serving bowl, with an origin story worthy of the product's unusual form.
This particular style of glassware emerged in Morocco during the 1940s, when used soda and beer bottles were melted down and re-blown to make drinking glasses—particularly for hot tea, which lead to the trademark shape we still see today.
Though the production process is more formal and the working conditions much improved, to this day, each individual piece of Beldi glass is totally unique from next—still made from recycled glass and handblown by artisan glassmakers in the Marrakesh souk.
