The 'Couteau Chien' or 'Dog Knife' has been the official knife of the French West Indies for over 100 years, where this sharp blade is used to cut everything in the kitchen. It is also the perfect size to be used as a steak or table knife. 

Made in Thiers, France. Hand wash.

Stainless steel; riveted lucite handle.
